The following policies are in place to ensure a smooth, thoughtful experience for all families participating in The Christmas Quest. By reserving your date, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
Reservations & Payment
All Christmas Quest experiences are by reservation only. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your selected date and time.
Due to the limited nature of the experience and the preparation required for each visit, availability is strictly capped.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
Rescheduling may be requested based on availability.
Because dates and time slots are limited, we recommend booking carefully.
Cancellation fees may apply, and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
All reschedule and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Weather Policy
The Christmas Quest operates in most winter weather conditions, including cold temperatures and light precipitation.
In the event of severe or unsafe weather, decisions regarding rescheduling will be made with guest safety and experience quality as the priority. If adjustments are necessary, affected families will be contacted directly.
Weather conditions that are typical for the season do not qualify for refunds.
Arrival & Timing
Timed entry is essential to maintaining the calm, unhurried nature of The Christmas Quest.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled entry.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or forfeiture of certain portions of the Quest.
Missed appointments are not guaranteed rescheduling.
Arrival instructions, parking details, and check-in information are provided after booking.
Children & Participation
Each experience includes a designated number of children, as outlined on the Packages page. Additional children may be added where permitted, based on the selected experience.
Parents and guardians are welcome and encouraged to participate in the experience and photographs.
Photography & Image Delivery
Professional photography is included with every Christmas Quest experience. Coverage and deliverables vary by package.
Image delivery timelines vary by experience level.
Heirloom Encounter guests receive priority image editing.
Full gallery access and print ordering details are provided after your visit.
Images are professionally edited in the signature style of Abby Lea Photography.
Add-Ons & Keepsakes
Optional keepsakes and add-ons may be available with select experiences. Availability may vary and is subject to change.

Health, Safety & Conduct
For the safety and comfort of all guests:
Pets are not permitted during The Christmas Quest experience.
Guests are expected to follow staff instructions and posted guidelines.
The Christmas Quest reserves the right to refuse service or end an experience if behavior compromises safety or the experience of others.
Inaugural Season Notice
This season marks the inaugural year of The Christmas Quest. The experience is intentionally limited in scope and availability as we establish the foundation for future seasons.
