Before Your Quest
Every Quest begins at home with an official Invitation, letting your children know that something magical is waiting for them.
For Signature and Heirloom families, the story unfolds even further before arrival with additional special correspondence from the North Pole, including their Welcome to The Quest and Reflections List, building anticipation for the adventure ahead.
Your Quest Night
Arrive at your reserved time and begin your family's self-guided journey along the Path of Lights, following the story and discovering the details at your own pace until it leads you to Santa.
From there, your Quest continues with a private Santa experience without crowded lines or a rushed visit, professional Christmas photography, the Memory Room, keepsakes and cocoa before you head home.
Most families should plan approximately 45–60+ minutes for their full Quest experience.

For Signature and Heirloom families, the story doesn't end when your night does. Special North Pole correspondence and keepsakes continue throughout the following year, carrying a little piece of The Quest with your family as the next Christmas approaches.
