Each Christmas Quest experience follows the same thoughtfully designed arrival and storytelling flow, with increasing levels of time, imagery, and keepsakes as you move through the packages. All Santa visits are private, and all experiences are captured with professional photography.
🎄 Classic Quest
The Classic Quest is the foundation of The Christmas Quest and is designed for families who want a meaningful holiday tradition paired with a beautiful Santa portrait.
Families begin their experience along the Path of Lights — an illuminated outdoor journey featuring interactive story moments designed to spark imagination and belief. The experience concludes with a private, one-on-one Santa visit in our Santa photo setup.
Professional photography is provided during the Santa experience, capturing classic holiday portraits.

✨ Signature Quest
The Signature Quest builds upon the Classic experience by offering more time inside the Quest, an additional photo scene, and a richer collection of keepsakes. This experience follows the same arrival flow as the Classic Quest but allows families to enjoy a more relaxed pace and greater image variety.
Professional photography is provided at two photo setups: the Santa scene and one additional scene of your choice.
Signature Quest families also receive seasonal mail from Santa, extending the magic well beyond the day of their visit.

The Heirloom Encounter is our most complete Christmas Quest experience, designed for families who want the deepest storytelling, the greatest flexibility, and heirloom-quality images meant to be preserved for generations.
Heirloom families enjoy the full Path of Lights, interactive story moments, and a private Santa experience — with professional photography provided across all three photo scenes. Images are captured both with and without Santa, allowing for a complete visual story of your family’s visit.
This experience includes priority image editing and the most generous collection of digital images and prints, along with physical keepsakes that extend the experience beyond the season.
Each Heirloom Encounter also includes a custom Golden Ticket invitation mailed in advance and ONE Limited Edition Handmade Heirloom Bear, with the option to add sibling bears.
