Do we need a reservation?

Yes. All Christmas Quest experiences are by reservation only. Timed entry allows us to provide a calm, unhurried, and private experience for every family.

How do we book our experience?

Reservations are made online through our booking calendar. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details.

Can we reschedule our appointment?

Rescheduling is permitted based on availability. Because dates and time slots are limited, we recommend booking carefully. Cancellation fees may apply.

The Experience

How long does The Christmas Quest take?

The Christmas Quest is a self-guided experience, allowing families to move at their own pace. Visit length varies by experience level, with the Heirloom Encounter offering the most flexibility and relaxed pacing.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

The Path of Lights and story moments take place outdoors. The Santa photo experience is held in a covered, weather-protected setup.

Are Santa visits private?

Yes. Every Santa experience is one-on-one per family. There are no shared Santa sessions.

What ages is this experience best for?

The Christmas Quest is designed primarily for children, but families of all ages enjoy the experience. Story moments are especially engaging for young believers, while the photography and keepsakes are meaningful for parents as well.

How many people can attend our visit?

Each experience is reserved for one immediate family household.
While parents, grandparents, and loved ones are welcome to join, extended family groups (such as cousins) should reserve their own experience to ensure each family receives the time and attention intended.
Families wishing to be photographed together may reserve consecutive time slots, and a group portrait may be added when availability allows.

Photography & Keepsakes

Is professional photography included?

Yes. Professional photography is included with every experience. Coverage varies by package and may include multiple photo scenes.

When will we receive our photos?

Image delivery timelines vary by experience level. Heirloom Encounter guests receive priority image editing. Full gallery and print details are provided after your visit.

Are digital images and prints included?

Yes. Each experience includes a defined number of prints and/or digital images. Full details are outlined on the Packages page.

Planning Your Visit

What should we wear?

Please dress for outdoor winter weather. We recommend warm layers, seasonal attire, and footwear suitable for walking outdoors.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The Christmas Quest operates in most winter conditions. In the event of severe weather, rescheduling options may be offered based on availability. Guest safety and experience quality always come first.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes. Parking and arrival instructions are provided via email after booking to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Can we bring pets?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted during The Christmas Quest experience.
